IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: CSoC Discussion Forum has been renamed as "CSOC INTERACT" and will be available in World's Largest Social Network FACEBOOK, and we invite all members of CSoC to be a Member of CSoC in our Facebook Group "CSOC INTERACT".

The most active topics of this CSoC Forum, will be transferred to the new platform, and CSoC members may copy the same and post in the CSoC Group "CSoC Interact" !!!

Corporate Compliance Executive (CCE) Certificate Course:

The corporate compliance and governance are two areas wherein we have core competence and edge over other professionals. There is a huge number of small and medium enterprises that do not require to appoint a member of the Institute as Company Secretary. Realising the importance and need for compliances and good governance practices in small, medium or large companies, the Institute initiated the process of introducing Corporate Compliance Executive (CCE)Certificate Course in order to create a cadre of para specialists to provide company secretarial support services to trade and industry. The preparations are in advance stage and I am sure this Certificate Course will be launched shortly.
