Exemption from compulsory 15 months training is allowed to those who have minimum work experience of 3 year in any law firm or as HR manager, or in legal section of any company or in the administration department of company etc. You can get the complete details of exemption in the prospectus.

Also, you can apply to avail this exemption after completing CS- Final exam. For more clarification please visit our Institute's Website.

Have n nice day!!

Dear Rajeshree,

Yes, Ms. Nisha is correct in my opinion & you have to submit the experience certificate & organisation chart mentioning your position.

Please correct if I am incorrect.

Have a nice day.

No, dear Rajeshree...

There is nothing to with the article ship in CA course and 15 mnths compulsory training in CS course. It doesnot make any change for the training in CS if you have also completed ur CA articles.

But , yes If you have been working as a full-time employee in the CA firm , say as an accountant etc., then also you can apply for the exemption from 15 months training. For that you will need to obtain a work experience certificate from your employer

Dear Rajeshree,

Yes, Ms. Nisha is correct.

In my opinion,

(1) After passing CA, please join job or practice & continue CS study with job/practice.

(2) After passing CS, you can apply for CS training exemption on the basis of your past experience.

(3) However, you are always at your liberty to undergo 15 months CS training at your choice either after completing your CA article-ship or after passing CA course or after passing CS course.

Have a happy learning.
