MCA vide its notifications and in supersession of the Cost Accounting Records Rules and Cost Audit Report Rules, 2001 has notified the Companies (Cost Accounting Records) Rules, 2011 and the Companies (Cost Audit Report) Rules, 2011. However, they will come into force on their date of publication in official gazette.
