first of all i wuld likt to say thanks to solve my query regading other course with CS.. Sir. i hv completed 4 months training with PCS & other 4 months with other PCS. nw m in Listed Company but truly speaking work exposure is not gud. m very tns, my training is going on wth bad exposure. i tried my best bt could'nt got training in goog MNC.. PLS ADVISE WAT SHOULD I DO as i takes very tns about my skills, learning, exposure etc,,

See, training is only a part of the game. Actually the skill set is with you, which cant be trained but can be developed. Dont depend upon training only.

Do the training as sincere & committed as possible. But, dont think training is ultimate, its just a start of learning process.

There are numerous CS, who has got not that much knowledge or skill while they done training, but, now they are placed very well.
